In recent years, cut-offs for top branches at Pilani campus have been above 270–300 marks out of 390.
Eligibility: Class 12 (2024/25) passed with ≥75% aggregate in PCM/B and ≥60% in each subject.
The application fee ranges from 3000 for one shift and 5500 for both shifts (India/Nepal) and 7,150+ for Dubai center; applying for both sessions costs more.
The exam is conducted in over 60 cities in India and one international center in Dubai.
Merit scholarships: Over 25% of students receive tuition waivers from 10% to 100% based on performance.
Female toppers from economically weaker sections can get full tuition fee scholarships.
BITS also offers dual degree options, minors, and international collaborations with universities like RMIT (Australia) and University of Illinois (USA).
